While those relationships are built in a lot of ways, one of the most direct is through our account management team—the people talking to, and helping out, our customers every single day. Yes, they teach our customers how to get the most out of Litmus. But their work goes far beyond that.
Our account management team listens to our customers’ challenges, acts as a sounding board for new ideas, and gives the tools, knowledge, and encouragement customers need to take their email marketing to the next level.
That’s why we sat down with Karina Sanchez Gudino, a manager on the account management team, to pick her brain about what it is account managers actually do, what motivates her to help others every day, and how she relaxes by enjoying the simple pleasures in life (and a whole lot of Bravo).
